We hired the smallest hot tub which was an ideal size for our garden. James came to set everything up the day before so the chemicals had settled in time for use. James delivered the tub on time and it was a very smooth process from start to finish. The set up does take some time - approx 2-3 hours to ensure that it is inflated correctly, filled to the right level, chemicals added and heated to the right temperature. It is important to note that to keep the water sparkling clean and inviting after every use that you need to adhere to the instructions of how to use the chemicals. James was very thorough in explaining this process and we were told that if we had any questions or uncertainties we could contact him at any time. It is important to note that it is essential to have an outside water tap and external electric points to keep the tub heated overnight. I had 3 friends use the tub on the first night - it was chilly but the warmth of the water and drinking bubbles in the bubbles made it a great night. 4 adults in the smallest tub is just about manageable but ideally the size up would have been better to allow us all to stretch our legs out together. Additional bits included were head rests and all important glass/cup holders. You can control the bubbles to have them on or off when needed. Oh and the children loved the tub too. James came to collect after the weekend hire which took a few hours to drain, deflate and foldaway - again a very seamless process. We would without a doubt be hiring again from James and BubblebubbleFun. I would thoroughly recommend him.
