What is the minimum hire period?
The minimum hire period is 2 days.
Is delivery free?
Delivery is included in the price to any accepted postcode.
How do I know it is clean?
Cleaning is something we take very seriously. We have a thorough cleaning process in place based on current industry standards to ensure that we keep our hot tubs as clean as possible. Furthermore, each new rental includes a new filter.
Why are you different to other providers?

Our goal is to provide you with the best experience possible. To achieve this, we go above and beyond to ensure that our hot tubs are properly maintained, cleaned, and sanitised between rentals. We train our operatives to adhere to relevant industry standards and as part of this have a Public Liability insurance policy up to £1 million. Furthermore, we provide many items as standard which are extras with other providers. We also believe giving is as important as receiving, thus, we commit to give 5% of our net profit to the MPS Society.

What if I need to cancel?

Whilst we hope that you won’t have to, we understand that circumstances might dictate otherwise. Therefore, operate a clear refund policy based on when we are informed.

Can I reschedule?
We will always make every effort to accommodate your requests for rescheduled deliveries. However, if we are unable to meet your rescheduled delivery date, you may cancel your order in accordance with our cancellation policy.

How long will it take to warm up?
This is determined by several factors such as: the initial temperature of the water, the ambient temperature, whether the pool is covered, and so on. Assuming the cover is on, it takes approximately 1 hour for the Hot Tub to heat 1 degree.
Can I use hot water to fill the Hot Tub?
You certainly can. It is preferable to use hot water if you intend to use it early the next morning. The hotter the water starts out, the less time you must wait for it to warm up.
Can I place the Hot Tub under a tree?
It is possible, but it is not recommended due to the debris that could fall into the Hot Tub. If you want to do this, we recommend that you rent a Gazebo to reduce cleaning time.
Can I turn it off over night?
Please don't because you'll lose a lot of heat and will have to heat it up again the next day. This will waste your time and money.
What is the maximum temperature?
The machines have a cut-off temperature of 40 degrees Celsius. However, as this is quite hot, we advise you to keep it at 37- 38 degrees Celsius. This temperature is that of a nice warm bath.
How do I keep it clean?
Washing before entering the Hot Tub will significantly extend the life of the water and help keep it clean. Showering before use removes grease and oils from your skin. Moreover, makeup and tanning lotions should be removed as they have a significant impact on the water. As an extra we include with every hire a foot bath. The better you take care for the water, the longer it will last and the more enjoyable your experience will be.
Will I need to change the water during the rental?

This shouldn’t be necessary as we don’t offer rentals of more than 7 days.

What is your Coronavirus Policy?
This is heavily dependent on the government policies in effect at the time of delivery. However, if your hire is unable to proceed due to Covid restrictions in place at the time of rental, we will refund your rental fee less our administration fee (currently £10.00).
Will you demonstrate how to use the Hot Tub before leaving?
You will be shown how to control the chemicals in the Hot Tub, how the Hot Tub works and how to handle it safely. We also leave you with documentation that explain as how it works an aide memoire.
How long can I stay in the hot tub at any one time?
You shouldn’t spend more than 20 minutes without a break.
May I consume alcohol?
As with anything alcohol should be consumed with moderation.

Can I exceed the maximum number of users recommended?
You must not exceed the maximum number of users. Not only could it cause damage to the hot tub but more importantly water could spill over the side and cause injury to yourself and others.
Can I fill the water level higher either higher or lower than the maximum/minimum line?
No. It should never be filled over the line as this could lead to water flowing over the side when there are people in it nor should it be filled lower than the minimum line as this can damage the equipment.
Can I use the hot tub if I’m pregnant?

Pregnant women should seek medical advice before using a hot tub.

Can I use the hot tub if I have a medical condition?
If you have any known medical condition, you should seek appropriate medical advice from a doctor about the suitability of using a hot tub. This is especially important if you suffer from hypotension (low blood pressure) as hot tubs can significantly lower it.
Should I take care when handling the chemicals?
Yes. It is very important to handle chemicals with care as they can be dangerous if handled incorrectly. You will be provided with gloves and equipment to mix the chemicals with and you must ensure that the chemicals are stored in a safe place out of the reach of children.
Can I add anything to the water apart from the Chemicals you provide?

No. You shouldn’t add anything else to the water other than the chemicals provided. Different chemicals can react with the chlorine.

Can children use the Hot Tub?
Children under the age of four are not permitted to use the Hot Tub. Older children may use the Hot Tub under the constant supervision of a responsible adult. It is not recommended to increase the temperature above 37 degrees Celsius due to the possibility of an adverse reaction.
Can I leave the cover off when not in use?
No. It is imperative that the cover is carefully and correctly installed when the Hot Tub is not in use. This is especially important with young children.
Can I use the Hot Tub alone?
As with swimming you should never use a Hot Tub alone. There should always be someone outside the Hot Tub who can keep a watchful eye out.
Can I dive bomb/jump in the Hot Tub?
No. It is very dangerous to dive or jump into any pool. You could injure yourself or fellow users and spill water over the sides.
Can I put the Hot Tub in my house?
No. We don’t allow Hot Tubs to be put in a house. This is due to the risk of flooding and electrocution.
Can I keep any electrical devices near the Hot Tub?
The answer is unequivocal no. Water and electricity do not mix. Aside from the hot tub pump, which is specifically designed for this purpose, no other mains electrical equipment should be near the Hot Tub.
